Ingredients

  • 2 package 
    Gelatins, Dry Mix
  • 2 cup 
    Water
  • 15 oz 
    Canned Blueberries
  • 8 oz 
    Pineapple, canned in juice
  • 8 oz 
    Cream Cheese, fat free
  • 1/3 cup 
    Sugar, granulated
  • 1 cup 
    Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup 
    Pecans

Directions

1. Dissolve the Jello in boiling water.

2. Drain the blueberries and pineapple, saving liquid to make 1 cup; add liquid to Jello. Stir in blueberries and pineapple, pour into a flat dish. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

3. Combine the sour cream, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and sugar; spread over the salad and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
